When the estimated delivery date came, I checked online, and found that there was a difficulty in the payment, so I tried to straighten it out, but I continued to have problems, so I tried to cancel the order, but it couldn’t be canceled because it was in process. I went to a store and bought the same item, without any delay. Eventually the second one arrived, which we will gift to our daughter. Payment process is difficult and awkward.

I been looking all over for a full stainless steel inner pot so I dont have to worry about toxic chemical coated inner rice pots. After a few months of use, normally the inside of the pot will begin to peel. I must have replaced the inside like 5 times. not to mention it is not cheap to replace. I was searching the web and found a truly full stainless steel interior that carries a lifetime warranty. heres the link! hope ya like cause I love it.

After almost every day, but gentle use for 15 months, it just stopped working. If you think 15 months are long enough, you may go ahead on your risk. For me, it was not worth the expensive price. Cooking itself was a O. K. , but not much better than other rice cookers I have used before.

This product is made in Japan. . . . Yeah!! Some of Zojirushi are made in China. Since Amazon doesn’t specify on most of products listed on its website, there is no way to tell. My father loves it since the rice cooking function is easy to learn and the rice tastes so good. He didn’t want it at first but after his first attempt he loved this cooker. Highly recommended!
