Zojirushi Mini Stainless Thermal Lunch Box, Green

Great size for a light but filling lunch. Plus it’s so cute you don’t mind washing it.

I agree with the other two reviews, this lunch kit is pretty (I got the 2007 design from Japan) but very tiny. I’d worry about putting soup in any of the containers specially the uninsulated ones as the lid is very awkward to open. Plus the thin bag doesn’t keep the food warm longer than two hours so you better have a microwave oven in the office! Disappointed with this one so I had to buy another one that fit my needs better.

This product looks great on line, yet it is very, very small. I thought it was perfect for kids but not for adults. I also think the price is high. Better luck next time.

This lunch box is well-made and well-designed. The containers seal food well and don’t have any annoying hard-to-clean crevices.
The size is smallish, but most Americans don’t realize that they are full before they feel full. If you eat a smaller quantity of food and wait 20 minutes, it gives your system time to send the “That’s enough” message.
This lunch box holds enough for my girlfriend to be full but not overstuffed.

I was very excited to finally receive my Zojirushi lunch box, but was disappointed when I opened the package. Perfect size for a person who eats normal servings, but doesn’t fit the bill. I would keep the set for 10. 00 – maybe even 20. 00, but not for 40. 00. The adorable bag is definitely not well insulated and the rice container looks as if it would keep your food warm for 15 min. max. You’d be better off going to Chinatown and finding something similar for 5. 00.
