We never tried the product. Just could not get past the very long list of daily cleaning steps. This was going to be used for my husband who is at work at home employee and for when we had people over for coffee. I don’t have 15+ minutes a day to clean this item!

My coffee maker shuts itself off after 1 hour. The Zojirushi keeps the coffee hot for hours. I no longer have to through away cold coffee and make a new pot thanks to the dispenser. I love it.

This coffee dispenser works just like the units in hotels or you see at banquets. It was a life saver over the holidays with all the company. Easy to use, easy to clean. . . we now use it everyday!

In trying to save energy and keep water hot for drinks, I looked at many products. Some quite pricey. Like the product made by the same company which heats and stores the water. Looks kind of like their rice cooker. The Airpot, really is nice. I like the glass liner, which may be breakable but much less likely to be stained. I tested last night and found it held water that was 210 F when put in a warmed pot, for 10 hours at 179 F. Pretty close to specifications of manufacturer.

I have had several pump pots before. The brushed aluminum is duller and very prone to rust after a year. The stainless steel is far more attractive and will be around alot longer. My prior pot was the same brand but the bottom rusted off.
