None of the recipes turned out from this cookbook and I have a great machine. They were all small loaves and some of them tasted nasty.

I could not get some of these recipes to work. I emailed the company and was very unsatisfied with their response. I went out and bought “electric bread” and had wonderful results! Don’t buy this book!!

Like the first reviewer, I’ve not found a recipe that doesn’t need more liquid. I’m surprised that the other reviewers were able to follow the recipes without adjustments. Good book for ideas but be prepared to adjust the amounts!

We liked our copy so much we bought one for a christmas gift for my brother and his wife. It has a wide variety of recipies and has easy to follow instructions. We use ours all the time and my brother loves his too.

I bought a bread machine for $15. 00 at a garage sale and it sat idle on my counter for months till my friend invited me over for Calzones (delicious!) and showed me this book when I asked him about the delicious crust. I got the book for myself and have been making breads of all sorts ever since. I never could get the hang of yeast breads, but with this book it’s easy and fun!!
